PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of a metal foreign substance in a non-contact power transmission system.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave is outputted from a coil 45 for excitation, and a magnetic flux that a coil 51 for detection for detecting a magnetic field of the electromagnetic wave transmitted from the coil 45 for excitation generates in accordance with the magnetic field, is read by a coil 61 for reading. A Q value of the coil 51 for detection is measured by a Q-value measuring section 16 based on a temporal transition of oscillation of a voltage obtained in the coil 61 for reading in accordance with the magnetic flux generated in the coil 51 for detection. |
