PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a maintenance property of a shaft in a suction head of a surface mounting machine in which a shaft is mounted to a suction head body liftably and rotatably around an axis.SOLUTION: A shaft 20 is mounted to a suction head body 10 liftably and rotatably around an axis, and a suction nozzle 30 for sucking electronic components is mounted to the shaft 20 at its tip. An air passage 22a communicated to the suction nozzle 30 is formed inside it. In a suction head of a surface mounting machine, the shaft 20 is divided into a lower shaft 22 including the entire air passage 22a, and an upper shaft 21 above it, and the lower shaft 22 can be attached to and detached from the upper shaft 21. |
