PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device control system capable of causing an on-vehicle device to operate at correct timing.SOLUTION: A centralized control apparatus 10 performs: identifying a position of a portable terminal 20 and a transmission clock-time thereof on the basis of notification information from the portable terminal 20 (S1); identifying a photographing time and a photographing zone (S2); identifying an on-vehicle device 40 of a vehicle traveling the photographing zone (S3) and transmitting a photographing request (S4); standing by until a condition for continuing photographing is no longer satisfied (Yes for S5); transmitting a photographed data transmission request to the on-vehicle device 40 (S6), receiving photographed data, storing the data in a storage device 12 (S7) and ending the aforementioned process, in the case of the condition being not satisfied (No for S5). Upon receiving the photographing request from the centralized control apparatus 10, the on-vehicle device 40 starts photographing using a rear camera 43 and a front camera 44 incorporated in the vehicle, and transmits photographed data to the centralized control apparatus 10 when finishing the photographing. |
