PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal compressor in which a surge margin is secured by the expansion of an operation range allowing stable operation and during low-speed rotation, compression efficiency is enhanced.SOLUTION: The centrifugal compressor 10 includes: a rotary shaft 16 extending inside of a housing 12; and an impeller 18 disposed inside of an operation chamber 19 and fixed to the rotary shaft 16. The impeller 18 includes: a hub 26; a plurality of inner blades 28 provided on an outer surface of the hub 26; a partition ring 30 provided along an outer edge of the inner blades 28; and a plurality of outer blades 32 provided on an outer surface of the partition ring 30. Furthermore, the centrifugal compressor 10 includes a cylinder 40 and an annular panel 42 as a resistor for regulating at least either: a flow rate of a compressed fluid flowing through an inner flow passage specified between the outer surface of the hub 26 and the partition ring 30; or a flow rate of a compressed fluid flowing through an outer flow passage specified between a cover surface 34 of the housing 12 surrounding the impeller 18 and the partition ring 30. |
