PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog-digital conversion method in which data conversion time for analog-digital conversion can be reduced.SOLUTION: The analog-digital converter includes: a rough comparison module, at least one pre-switching detection module, at least one precise comparison module, and an encoder. The rough comparison module compares an input signal with a plurality of first reference signals to generate a pre-comparison result and a rough comparison result in order. The pre-switching detection module, on the basis of the received pre-comparison result, generates a plurality of pre-selection signals. The encoder, on the basis of the rough comparison result, generates a pre-encoding result. The precise comparison module, on the basis of the pre-selection signal and the pre-encoding result, selects a reference signal to be compared with the input signal from a plurality of second reference signals to generate a precise comparison result. |
