The service ship has loading and unloading device (2) arranged on a roof, which has a transfer element (3), a controlling device for minimizing a relative movement of the transfer element to a landing place of the offshore-installation. The loading and unloading device is designed as lifting plate with a pillar (9), at which the transfer element can be lifted and lowered as bar. The pillar has a lower pillar support (10) fixed on gimbals. |
