An interior panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which can achieve various and splendid outlook and maintain exterior ornament effect. An interior panel including a pattern part comprises: a base resin portion(3) with 1.2-3.0 yaw change rate before hardening; and a resin layer(1) having a pattern part(2) which is contained within the base resin part and implements pattern to the outside. A manufacturing method of the interior panel comprises: a step of manufacturing curable composition by mixing the base resin and pattern part raw material; and a step of solidifying the manufactured curable composition. |
