PURPOSE: A rubber composition for a tire thread is provided to have excellent braking performance, rolling resistance, and processability and to improve the processability of a compound. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition includes 100.0 parts by weight of a raw rubber, and 60-90 parts by weight of silica. The raw rubber includes a solution polymerization styrene-butadiene rubber which contains 20-30 wt% of styrene and 30-50 wt% of vinyl in butadiene and is manufactured by a batch method; a solution polymerization styrene-butadiene rubber which contains 30-40 wt% of styrene and 20-30 wt% of vinyl in butadiene, and is manufactured by a continuous system method; and a butadiene rubber. The terminals of the solution polymerization styrene-butadiene rubber are modified by hydrophilic groups, and the molecules are coupled with silicon or tin.
