PURPOSE: A capacitive touch panel and a mobile terminal including the same are provided to increase sensitivity by minimizing an electric field formed between X/Y-electrode patterns. CONSTITUTION: An X-electrode pattern (250) includes a first electrode (251) in a surface of a first substrate and the first electrode is separated in an Y-axis direction. A ground pattern (255) is placed between first electrodes and separated from the first electrodes. A transparent second substrate (230) is laminated on the ground pattern and the X-electrode pattern. An Y-electrode pattern (220) includes the ground pattern on the second substrate and a second electrode (221) extended in the Y-axis direction and the second electrode is separated in an X-axis direction.
