PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To performs sterilization treatment without spoiling the taste and the aroma of food plant powder.SOLUTION: A food plant cutting device includes a cutter 6 for cutting a food plant, a conveyance part for conveying the food plant to the position of the cutter, and a spout 12 for spouting steam to the cutter when the food plant is cut by the cutter. The spout spouts the steam to both sides of the cutter in a direction substantially parallel with surfaces of the cutter. A temperature of the steam at a spout port of the spout is 100-105°C. |
