PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of displaying, on a display screen, a display item indicating an imaging status intended by a user.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus having a plurality of image blur correction modes comprises a corrector 103 which selects and implements one of the plurality of image blur correction modes in accordance with a status of imaging, a display 107 which displays thereon a plurality of display items corresponding to the plurality of image blur correction modes, respectively, a detector 121 which detects motion vectors among a plurality of time-sequentially continued images, a calculator 124 which calculates a screen moving amount caused by a spatial positional change of the imaging apparatus by integrating the motion vectors, and a controller 101 which controls the display to selectively display one of the plurality of display items in accordance with the image blur correction mode being implemented by the corrector and the screen moving amount calculated by the calculator. |
