PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving taste and flavor of a collagen drink containing a collagen peptide.SOLUTION: The collagen drink containing collagen peptide is filled into a liquid container having its liquid-side inner face coated with an olefin resin, and stored for ≥1 day. The olefin resin is preferably polyethylene, and the liquid container is preferably a paper container.
