PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioelectrode 10 capable of blocking not only electromagnetic waves from outside but also noises caused by electromagnetic waves or static electricity from a living body side.SOLUTION: The bioelectrode 10 includes one or at least two measuring electrodes. At least the measuring electrode has a conductive material layer 32 formed on either side of a flexible insulation base material 31. The conductive material layer 32 is made of a conductive material and obtains and transmits a signal from the living body. Shield layers 34 and 37 made of a conductive material are formed via an insulation material layer on both sides in the thickness direction in a region of the conductive material layer to transmit the obtained biological signal.
