PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely change a workpiece into a predetermined direction without exerting complicated control.SOLUTION: When it is determined by an direction detecting means 32 that a direction of a cornet-shaped bread XA1 is reverse, a shuttle-type side guide 51 narrows a distance between the guide and a guide roller 53 while extending a belt. The cornet-shaped bread XA1 is guided by the shuttle-type side guide 51 so as to abut on the guide roller 53. Then, the shuttle-type side guide 51 widens the distance between the guide and the guide roller 53 to make it longer than the length of the cornet-shaped bread XA1 in a front-back direction in a state with the belt contracted. The cornet-shaped bread XA1 rotates around the guide roller 53 and is conveyed to be passed between the shuttle-type side guide 51 and the guide roller 53 while being changed from a reverse direction to a normative direction. |
