PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for easily changing scan data attached for making application for approval from an image processing device.SOLUTION: A scan ticket generated in association with application for approval is transmitted from a scan ticket server 102 to a multifunction machine 103, and the multifunction machine 103 executes scanning using the received scan ticket. When scan data generated by scanning and the used scan ticket are transmitted to the scan ticket server 102, a history ticket corresponding to the scan ticket and capable of updating the transmitted scan data is generated.
