PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a portable terminal cannot transmit position information of a holder to the outside under a state where a battery is exhausted or a SIM card is pulled out.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device in a portable terminal is driven based on electric power with environmental radio waves rectified by a rectenna antenna. The semiconductor integrated circuit device acquires position information from an access point, adds identification information of the portable terminal to the position information, and transmits it to the access point. Hence a network center that receives the information from the access point identifies a position of the portable terminal.
