PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten life evaluation time of a battery and to simultaneously and exactly predict the life under normal conditions under evaluated acceleration condition regarding an acceleration life evaluation device for long life prediction of the battery and a method therefor.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an acceleration life evaluation device for long life prediction of a battery consisting of: a data input part in which normal life experimental data and acceleration life experimental data on a battery are input; and a data processing part which extracts a parameter from the normal life experimental data and the acceleration life experimental data, calculates an acceleration factor from the parameter, and predicts the normal life of the battery from the acceleration factor; and a method therefor.
