COATING SOLUTION FOR STEEL SHEET, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a coating solution for a steel sheet is provided to provide a steel sheet satisfying various physical properties such as corrosion resistance, adhesion, lubrication, or the likes, by a sol-gel process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a coating solution for a steel sheet comprises a step of adding a tetraethyl orthosilicate precursor and a methyltrimethoxy silane precursor into a dispersion solvent; a step of forming a silane-based sol by adding a silane coupling agent into the solution manufactured through the first step, and conducting a hydrolysis; and a step of adding polypropylene glycol into the silane-based sol formed through the second step. The amount of polypropylene glycol added is 1-5 parts by weight per total weight of the coating solution.
