PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder which has sufficient safeness and permits paper to be cut simply and well by a single hand.SOLUTION: An extension opening 27 and a wall portion 26 are provided to the inside of a frame body 21 in a cutting mechanism portion 12 of the paper holder, a movable blade 31 provided with a cutting edge 32 and a rotating shaft 33 is freely turnably pivoted in the frame body 21, and a cam member 36 provided with a butting portion 38 against which the paper P is abutted and a pressing portion 39 pressing the paper P is freely turnably attached to the inside of the frame body 21. In addition, a pressing portion 42 is provided in a cam member 36 and an operating portion 34 is provided in a base end of the movable blade 31 in a way that the paper P abuts against the butting portion 38, the cam member 36 rotates, the pressing portion 39 fixes the paper P, the pressing portion 42 presses the operating portion 34, the movable blade 31 rotates, and the cutting edge 32 emerges onto the outside surface of the wall portion 26. |
