PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat an anisotropic conductive paste over a wide range with uniform thickness by using a dispenser, while suppressing a material cost.SOLUTION: A coating device 100 is equipped with a coating portion 105 having a dispenser 10. An ACP 1 linearly discharged along a side edge portion of a connection conductor terminal 4, between the connection conductor terminals 4, from a nozzle 11 of the dispenser 10 with predetermined pressure has an uneven coating surface immediately after discharging. However, then, a skirt porion wets and spreads on the connection conductor terminal 4 due to the wettability of the connection conductor terminal 4 or a circuit board 2. Therefore, a flat and uniform coating surface is formed. |
