HIGH GLOSSY SHEET WITH METALLIC EFFECT COMPRISING ULTRAVIOLET CURABLE RESIN

PURPOSE: A high glossy molding sheet with metallic effect using an ultraviolet curable resin layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement various metal plates of inherent patterns such as hair line or embo pattern, by photo-curing ultraviolet curable resin coating liquid. CONSTITUTION: A high glossy molding sheet is constituted with a metal deposition layer (10), an ultraviolet curable resin layer (20), a transparent film layer (30) and an adhesive layer (40). The transparent film layer is formed with patterns on the surface. According to a method for manufacturing the high glossy molding sheet, ultraviolet curable resin coating liquid is coated on a metallic plate where an original pattern is formed on the surface. A transparent film adheres closely to the coated coating liquid. The ultraviolet curable resin layer having an inverse phase pattern having an opposite shape to the original pattern is manufactured by irradiating an ultraviolet ray to the surface of the transparent film. The metal deposition layer is formed on the ultraviolet curable resin layer where the inverse phase pattern is formed.
