PURPOSE: A fuel saving device is provided to activate fuel by vibration generated by a spring element. CONSTITUTION: A fuel saving device comprises a pipe body (110), a derivatives (130), a spring element (120), an insulation member (300), and a housing part. One end of the pipe body is an inlet of fuel, and the other end thereof is an outlet of the fuel. The derivates longitudinally has a spiral groove and is arranged longitudinally arranged inside the pipe body. The spring element is arranged in the outer circumference of the derivates. The insulation member surrounds the outer circumference of the housing part. The pipe body is inserted in the housing part.
