PURPOSE: A flex spline and a harmonic drive including the same are provided to increase the durability of a harmonic drive by spreading the internal stress on a connection body between a drive connection unit and a main body at high torque. CONSTITUTION: A flex spline (120) includes a column-shape main body; a tooth form unit (123) protruded outwards in the radial direction on one side of the main body; and a drive connection unit (121) connected to the other side of the main body. The drive connection unit includes a tooth form protruded inwards in the radial direction. The column-shape main body has a length of the axis direction. One side of the main body is protruded outwards in the radial direction and engaged with a tooth form (133) of a circular spline (130). The main body includes the drive connection unit protruded inwards in the radial direction on the other side. A drive unit has a gear, which engages with the drive connection unit (121) and has a certain number of teeth the same as that of the drive connection's teeth.
