PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of reading pixel data by simple processing.SOLUTION: An image processor 1 comprises: a storage part 2 which comprises plural memory banks each containing plural unit storage regions and stores an image therein; an image processing part 5 for processing the image; and an access control part 4 for controlling access from the image processing part 5 to the storage part 2. When the image is stored in the storage part 2, the access control part 4 divides the image into plural groups of unit pixel data each containing plural columns and plural rows of pixel data and stores at least two groups of unit pixel data arranged in a column direction in a pixel space, in an identical unit storage region within an identical memory bank.
