PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a series resistance of an integrated solar cell low.SOLUTION: An integrated solar cell manufacturing method includes the steps of: forming a first transparent conductive film 2 of a strip-like shape on a translucent insulation substrate 1; forming a photoelectric conversion layer 3 made of a semiconductor on the film, and forming first grooves 11 so that it divides the photoelectric conversion layer; forming a second transparent conductive film 4 to cover them; forming second grooves 12 so that the second transparent conductive film 4 and the photoelectric conversion layer 3 are collectively divided by radiation of laser light; finishing the photoelectric conversion layer 3 in such a form that plural photoelectric conversion elements are serially connected by collectively dividing the first transparent conductive film 2, the second transparent conductive film 4 and the photoelectric conversion layer 3; preparing a reflection sheet with a collector electrode on the surface of which a collector electrode 5 is formed; and adhering and fusing the translucent insulation substrate 1 and the reflection sheet with the collector electrode to each other.
