PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve such a point that, even when a current situation such as a schedule and a customer's waiting time can be "acquired," the waiting time itself cannot be resolved and an operation cannot be performed as scheduled.SOLUTION: A reservation and reception management program 1 according to the present invention includes, in a server S: a time database TDB; a menu database MDB; menu selection display means 1A for selectably displaying an individual procedure menu in the menu database MDB; time selection display means 1B for selectably displaying a vacant time in the time database TDB; procedure calculating means 1C for calculating the total time required for the selected procedure menu; and vacant time allocation means 1D that compares the procedure total time calculated by the procedure calculation means 1C with the vacant time selected by the time selection display means 1B and, when the procedure total time cannot be allocated in the vacant time, performs a screen display for prompting a change of any one or both of the procedure menu and a reservation time. |
