PURPOSE: A water sterilizer is provided to simplify the design of the water sterilizer by comprising a communication unit which communicates a MICOM and an electrolyzing device while reducing the number of communication lines. CONSTITUTION: A water sterilizer includes an electrolyzing device, a MICOM, and a communication unit (30). The electrolyzing device generates sterilized water by electrolyzing water. The MICOM generates controlling signals for the operation of the electrolyzing device. The communication unit transmits the signals between the electrolyzing device and the MICOM. The communication unit converts the controlling signal to be transmitted to the electrolyzing device or converts operating signals from the electrolyzing device to be transmitted to the MICOM.
