PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer capable of reducing frequencies of cleaning in a thermostat as compared with a conventional automatic analyzer without losing accuracy of specimen qualitative/quantitative analysis and capable of reducing operator's loads for maintenance operation of the thermostat.SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer includes: a specimen container rotation mechanism 2 for rotating a specimen container 1; a specimen dispensation mechanism 3 for dispensing a specimen into a reaction vessel 12; a reagent vessel rotation mechanism 5 for rotating a reagent vessel 4 in which a reagent is stored; a reagent dispensation mechanism 6 for dispensing the reagent into the reaction vessel 12; a ring-shaped thermostat 11 in which deionized water at a fixed temperature is stored; an optical system 13 for performing qualitative/quantitative analysis of a component in a reaction solution stored in the reaction vessel 12; a reaction vessel rotation mechanism 14 for holding the reaction vessel 12 and rotating the reaction vessel 12 in the thermostat 11; a deionized water constant temperature mechanism 8 for adjusting a temperature of deionized water; an ultraviolet light source device 21 arranged in an inner peripheral direction of the thermostat 11; an ultraviolet light transmission window 22 attached to an inner wall of the thermostat 11 so that ultraviolet light is applied to the deionized water stored in the thermostat 11. |
