PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element sealing body capable of eliminating luminescent color variation, improving yield, enhancing moisture-proof performance, and suppressing degradation of a light-emitting function.SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting element sealing body 10 is provided with an inorganic phosphor layer 22 formed by dispersing inorganic phosphor which emit light by being excited with visible light in a fluorine-containing resin on a surface of a transparent film 16a, which is used for at least part of film-like sealing materials 14 and 16, which seal an organic light-emitting element 12. |
