A method and a system for distributing and managing contents are provided to analyze and manage contents based on contents feedback data received from a user terminal which receives the contents. Contents are transmitted to a user terminal in response to a contents transmission request received from the user terminal(200). When the user terminal executes the contents, predetermined contents feedback data is received from the user terminal(210). The received contents feedback data is analyzed and recorded in a predetermined contents distribution and management database(220). The contents include predetermined address information which is used to transmit the contents feedback data to a contents providing system when the user terminal executes the contents. |
