PURPOSE: An air knife for a strip peeling apparatus is provided to enable a peeling work by using the air which is discharged from another slit even when one slit is clogged, and to improve an air cooling effect. CONSTITUTION: An air knife (100) for a strip peeling apparatus comprises a main body (110) and multiple slits (130,140,150). The main body is composed of a space unit (111) by having a hollow inside, and of a sharp fore-end (120). The multiple slits are formed to be connected to the space unit of the main body, and discharge the air, which flows in the space unit, to the outside. The length of the slit is identical with the length of a cooling roll, and the shape of the slit is rectangular.
