PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in power consumption of the whole network in the network control method.SOLUTION: In the network control method where a route of reducing power consumption of a plurality of transfer devices configuring a network is set, upon occurrence of communication from an arbitrary transfer device to other transfer device in the network configured by connecting the plurality of transfer devices, the communication is highly real time communication, an alternative route detouring a priority route is set when real time communication is impossible with the spare capacity of the priority route where power consumption is minimized, but the alternative route is not set when the communication is low real time communication and communication is impossible with the spare capacity of the priority route. |
