PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent burrs from projecting out by arranging necessary apertures properly when setting cast-in components in a cast-in mold, and by tightly sealing the apertures when clamping the cast-in mold, and to correct cast-in positioning (alignment) in relation to a die cast component by a mold clamping operation of the die cast component regardless of dimensional accuracy in manufacturing of the cast-in component.SOLUTION: The cast-in component 2, which is made of steel sheet and is cast-in except a joining portion 2b to be joined with a joining material 3 made of steel sheet when forming the die cast component 1, includes a mold contacting section 4 in a boundary section between the cast-in portion 2a to be cast-in in the die cast component 1 and the joining portion 2b. Owing to impact and tight contacting by the mold clamping of the cast-in mold A, the aperture S between the cast-in component 2 and the cast-in mold A, that is a cavity (a), is completely closed and projection of burrs are prevented without fail. |
