PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development which is excellent in image density and can satisfy both low-temperature fixability and heat-resistant preservability, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for manufacturing core-shell type toner for electrostatic charge image development including the following steps (1) to (3) and toner for electrostatic charge image development obtained thereby, Step (1): a step of obtaining aggregated particles (1) by aggregating resin particles (A) composed of a crystalline polyester (a), resin particles (B) containing a colorant and an amorphous polyester (b) and release agent particles containing a release agent, Step (2): a step of obtaining aggregated particles (2) by adding the resin particles (c) containing the amorphous polyester (c), and Step (3): a step of obtaining core shell particles fused by holding the aggregated particles (2) at a temperature that is higher than the temperature lower than the glass transition point of the amorphous polyester (b) by 10°C and is higher than the temperature lower than the glass transition point of the amorphous polyester (c) by 10°C and is a temperature less than the melting point of the crystalline polyester (a). |
