PURPOSE: An anti-sloshing device is provided to prevent a buoy from blowing up even if the surface of the buoy is cracked by forming the buoy using expanded foam. CONSTITUTION: An anti-sloshing device floats the surface of liquid cargo stored in a liquid cargo storage tank and comprises multiple buoyancy blocks and connectors. The connectors connect the buoyancy blocks to each other. Each of the buoyancy blocks comprises a buoy (130), a foam member, and a cover. The foam member surrounds the buoy and absorbs liquid. The cover covers the foam member.
