PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict plastic deformation of an elastically deformable sheet member.SOLUTION: A developer storage container (developing cartridge 28) comprises: a rotary member 60 provided at an end of a basal part 34A of an agitating member (agitator 34) and rotated together with the basal part 34A; an input member (input gear 70) rotated by the input of driving force thereto from outside; a first energization member (a spiral sprig 80) deformed accompanying the rotation of the input member and provided to transmit the energization force, resulting from the deformation, to the rotary member 60; and rotation adjustment means 90 for restricting rotation of the rotary member 60 when the energization force transmitted to the rotary member 60 is less than a predetermined value, and cancelling the restriction when the energization force transmitted to the rotary member 60 has become equal to or higher than the predetermined value. The rotation adjustment means 90 restricts the rotation of the rotary member 60 so that the leading end of the sheet member of the agitating member is located at the place where the amount of deformation of the sheet member is smaller than that when it is maximum. |
