PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that reduces a physical load on a signal cable and a signal connector and prevents the signal cable from interfering with a high electronic component arranged in an open region of a first electronic circuit board.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes a first electronic circuit board 21, a second electronic circuit board 22 and a stay 3. The first electronic circuit board has an open region 210 along a first front end edge 211. The open region is mounted with a high electronic component 11. The second electronic circuit board is mounted with a signal connector 121 oriented to the open region at a second front end edge 221 on the surface opposite to the first electronic circuit board. The signal connector is connected with a signal cable 131. The signal cable is connected to the signal connector from outside a front wall part 31 of the stay. The front wall part has a raised portion 32 formed, and the high electronic component is arranged between the raised portion and the signal connector. |
