PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an S/N of an event reducing or eliminating motion without blurring an event with much motion, on the basis of a level of motion in a scene for exposure of an image frame in a sequence of image frames capturing the scene.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: determining regions of a scene including differential level of motion on the basis of the level of motion in the scene for exposure of an image frame in a sequence of image frames capturing the scene; determining image frame regions, wherein an image frame region corresponding to at least one region of the scene; and optimizing the exposure by emulating a peculiar exposure time by generating the image frame regions using image data, wherein the number of image sensor frames used to produce a specific image frame region being based on the level of motion in the at least one corresponding region of the scene. |
