PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent improper stealing of a charge cable 2 and improve usability of a charging operator.SOLUTION: A communication ECU 90 transfers a feeding side detection key ID to a verification ECU 52 through a charge cable 2 when a smart key 100 is detected in a feeding side detection area B. When verification of the feeding side detection key ID is satisfied, lock devices 10a and 10b provided at plugs 3a and 3b of the charge cable 2 are unlocked. When the smart key 100 is detected in a vehicle side detection area A and verification of the vehicle side detection key ID is satisfied, lock devices 10a and 10b of the charge cable 2 are unlocked and a verified signal is transmitted to a door lock ECU 70.
