PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord type heating wire device that can have a stable temperature control function with high precision and a highly safe inter-wire short-circuit protecting function with small variance, and is economically superior by alternately arranging an insulation thread, and a temperature detection wire and a short-circuit detection wire at an outer periphery of a polymer layer, laying orderly and spirally winding them, and separating a temperature control circuit and an inter-wire short-circuit protecting circuit.SOLUTION: A heating wire 2 is spirally wound around a core 1. A polymer layer 3 is formed around them, one insulation thread 7, and a temperature detection wire 4 and a short-circuit detection wire 6 as conductors are arranged alternately at an outer periphery thereof, and spirally wound while laid orderly, and an insulation coating layer 5 is further formed thereupon. The temperature detection wire 4 and short-circuit detection wire 6 are spatially separated, and consequently temperature control by the temperature detection wire 4 and inter-wire short-circuit protection by the short-circuit detection wire 6 can be performed independently with high precision without variance. |
