摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize inclinations of factors that affect a cooling performance, even if the factors are varied in a direction perpendicular to a transportation direction.SOLUTION: A bulk material cooling device 4 includes multiple rows of movable floors 20 and 30 extended in the transportation direction and arranged in the orthogonal direction perpendicular to the transportation direction so as to support the layers 94 of bulk materials and reciprocate in the transportation direction and a controller 50 for controlling the multiple rows of movable floors 20 and 30. The controller 50 controls the multiple rows of movable floors 20 and 30 to repeat a series of motions for forming one cycle consisting of a feeding process which simultaneously moves the multiple rows of the movable floors 20 and 30 to a downstream side in the transportation direction and a return process which moves the multiple rows of movable floors 20 and 30 to an upstream side in the transportation direction as many times as necessary after the feeding process. In addition, the controller has a configuration capable of running an unequal speed transportation mode which differentiates a moving distance of at least one of movable floors 20A, 20B, 30A, and 30B from moving distances of other movable floors 20C-20F and 30C-30F in the feeding process.
