PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a ceiling sheet material, which allows free adjustment of a dimension on site and easy and quick attachment.SOLUTION: A cover clip 30 is structured such that, against resilient force of elastic clamping parts 22, 22 of a clip body 20 sunk inside a cover clip 30, the elastic clamping parts 22, 22 are pressurized and clamped from both sides by holding pieces 32, 32, the elastic clamping parts 22, 22 are brought close to each other and a ceiling sheet material 1 is clamped and fixed. Shift prevention means for regulating movement in a width direction of a base part of the clip body 20 sunk inside the cover clip 30 is provided near a proximal end part of the holding pieces 32, 32. |
