PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce copper losses occurring on the occasion of motor drive.SOLUTION: In an inverter control device, when driving a motor (7), a control circuit (5) obtains a q axis current command value (iq) by superposing on a basic wave sine function (sinωt) a plurality of odd harmonics (sin3ωt, sin5ωt, etc.) including at least the third and fifth orders of the sine function, and controls the motor (7) with it. Also, the control circuit (5) obtains a d axis current command value (id) by superposing on the basic wave sine function (sinωt) a plurality of odd harmonics (sin3ωt, sin5ωt, etc.) in the same way as for the q axis current command value (iq), and controls the motor (7) with it. |
