PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program allowing rational overtime work wage payment providing merits to both an employer and an employee.SOLUTION: When a prescribed working time pattern is changed, this simulation module recalculates a time result of overtime work during the current term by applying the changed prescribed working time pattern, calculates an overtime work wage according to the recalculated time result of overtime work during the current term and outputs the overtime work wage so that the overtime work wage is displayed compared with the overtime work wage before changing. When predetermined work day information is changed, the simulation module recalculates days and hours of holiday work by applying the changed predetermined work day information, calculates an overtime work wage of holiday work according to recalculated days and hours of holiday work and outputs the overtime work wage so that the overtime work wage is displayed compared with the overtime work wage before changing. |
