摘要 PURPOSE: A thin optical phantom of a human body and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to optically replicate epidermis in a micrometer unit by controlling a thickness in a spin coating process and to easily manufacture the same. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a thin optical phantom of a human body comprises a key inputting unit, a spin coater, and an operational processing unit. The key inputting unit sets a thickness of a thin film. The spin coater spin-coats an optical medium mixture and the rotation is controlled by a control signal outputted from the operational processing unit. The operational processing unit receives a predetermined thickness of the thin film from the key inputting unit and generates the control signal of the spin coater.
