PURPOSE: A bellows manufacturing method and bellows manufactured by using the same are provided to improve the life of bellows by preventing and minimizing corrosion in an environment where corrosion prevention is required, or semiconductors are processed, or chemical gas is filled. CONSTITUTION: A bellows manufacturing method comprises the following steps. The body of bellows is molded by forming creases by expanding the surface of a metal pipe, which is located in between two neighboring mold rings, to the outside (S10). Oil on the body is removed (S20). The body which is removed of the oil is washed with water (S30). The washed body is coated with melted Teflon (S40).
