PURPOSE: A work ladder for a large block for a ship is provided to install buckles at both upper ends thereof, thereby firmly fixing the same to a rail temporally installed at the block. CONSTITUTION: A work ladder for a large block for a ship includes an upper end fixing body, a lower end fixing body (20), a side support, a guide bar, a rotating bar (50), a rotating body (60), a lever, a spring (80), and a fixing band. The upper end fixing body protrudes from the upper side surface of the main support of the ladder. The lower end fixing body is separated from the upper end fixing body, and protrudes from the upper side surface of the main support. A band bar is formed at the end of the lower end body. The side support is integrated with the ends of the upper and the lower end fixing body, and has a guide hole. The guide bar is placed between the upper and the lower end fixing body. One side of the guide bar is fixed to the upper side surface of the main support, and the other side of the main support is fixed to the side support. The rotating bar is placed between the upper and the lower end fixing body. One side of the rotating bar is fixed to the upper side surface of the main support, and the other side of the rotating body is fixed to the side support.
