PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system suitable for low temperature firing of cement clinker and capable of obtaining high quality cement.SOLUTION: The production system for cement clinker includes: a means of feeding a fluorine source and a sulfur source of a mineralizer, a means of feeding a raw material of clinker, a means of crushing a raw material mixture prepared by mixing the fluorine source of the mineralizer with the raw material of clinker, a kiln for firing the crushed raw material mixture, a means of putting the sulfur source of the mineralizer into the kiln, and a means of feeding a fuel to the kiln. The system also includes a sample analysis system for sampling each of the raw material mixture before firing and the clinker after firing and measuring the amounts of fluorine, the main ingredient and free lime depending on the kind of collected samples. At least either one of feeding amounts of the fluorine source and the sulfur source, the raw material mixture and the fuel is controlled depending on the measured amount. |
