PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can efficiently manufacture a meta-material.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a meta-material including an electromagnetic resonator that resonates with electromagnetic waves includes the steps of: (a) forming a support having a portion where the electromagnetic resonator is formed, by a nano-imprint process or a photolithography process; and (b) vapor-depositing a material for forming the electromagnetic resonator in the portion of the support to dispose the electromagnetic resonator on the support. |
