PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bent wire rod for constructing a wire conveyor free from the risk that trouble occurs because hooks disposed on both ends of the bent wire rod constructing one wire conveyor are caught on another wire conveyor when a wire conveyor is used with an auxiliary wire conveyor disposed at an upper side to press the wire conveyor or when a plurality of wire conveyors are connected in series for use and to provide a wire conveyor constructed using the same.SOLUTION: Each of the bent wire rods 1, 2 for constructing a wire conveyor is fabricated by bending a metal wire rod such as a stainless steel wire rod downward in vertical and horizontal directions and then bending it upward in vertical and horizontal directions to construct a suitable number of recesses 8 expanded a little in a bottom end direction one after another, forming a pair of hooks 9 on both ends of the bent wire rod, and curving both ends thereof a little upward to form a pair of curved sections 10. The bent wire rod can be connected to another bent wire rod by fitting the recesses 8 to the recesses 8 of another bent wire rod. |
